Your Data

You can download a copy of everything Ventra holds about you, or ask us to delete your account.

Delete Your Account

This closes your Ventra account and removes your login. Past orders are kept for our financial records, but with your name and email removed from them. This can't be undone.

Transfer Ticket

Enter the email of the Ventra customer account you want to transfer this ticket to. This can't be undone.

Cancel Ticket

Tickets can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the event starts, and you'll be refunded in full (including the service fee) to the card you paid with. This can't be undone. Enter your password to confirm you want to cancel this ticket.
