Ventra was founded in early 2026 by Codey Harding with a simple mission: to provide event organisers with a fair, powerful, and secure platform for selling tickets, managing season passes, and delivering pay-per-view live streams.

After spending countless evenings researching existing ticketing and streaming providers, one thing became clear: many platforms either demanded significant upfront costs for limited functionality or took a percentage of every ticket sold.
